Carnations is an all-stainless aged Brett Saison fermented with our house strain and aged on 13 Brettanomyces strains for 18 months. All that brings a beautiful, balanced barnyard funk coupled with fruit and acid qualities brought by both Citra and Amarillo hops used in the kettle and the combination of Brett strains used. It pours a golden yellow with a bright white head over high carbonation to bring all those notes together to provide a classic take on one of our favorite styles.
